In this video, Mr. B. Singh (CMD, MADE EASY Group) and faculty of MADE EASY discuss the pattern, standard and expected cutoff for ESE Prelims 2019 Paper-1 (GS and Engineering Aptitude) along with an analysis of 2019 GS Paper and its differences compared to the previous years ESE prelims Paper-1 (GS) 2017 and 2018.
It provides an analysis of each of the subjects of Paper-1 listing out the no. of questions asked from various sections, the difficulty level and the trend from previous years.
Overall, the UPSC IES/ESE 2019 Prelims Paper-1 was relatively tougher this year with Current Affairs, ICT, Ethics and Reasoning & Aptitude being tougher than previous years while remaining subjects were either slightly easier or around the same level as previous years.
