    As only Q2 is given d) parliament work is to legislate and judiciary has power of judicial review to struck down or scrutinize any transgression or incase of any violation (checks and balance on legislative and judiciary ) but given choices doesn't support that. Actual reason of struck down was" It is difficult to hold that the wisdom of appointment of judges can be shared with the political-executive"
