With 98 per cent marks, Akshat Agarwal of DAV Public School Hazaribag became the State topper in science stream of CBSE class 12 board examinations with a total of 490 marks.
Talking about his future plans, son of a businessman and a homemaker, Akshat said, “I scored 97 percentile in JEE Mains. After completing my engineering, I plan to appear for civil services examination.”
The result for CBSE class 12 boards was declared on Thursday, which came as a surprise for the students as there were speculations of the result being declared not before the second week of May.
