Rau’s IAS Prelims Test Series 2019 is designed in an incremental approach for the preliminary exam 2019.     On the question number 43: delimitation Commission– don't you think that the first option which says that delimitation Commission's order cannot be challenged in court of law is against the basic structure of constitution of India (judicial review)?
