Whether it is lack of preparation or any effects due to natural calamities, there shall be some equality maintained cuz it's an all India examination, it could be next to impossible to actually prepare an exam with similar difficulty for nta as it is relatively new. This is going to create ruckus in the country.

NTA has released the NEET Advisory
And it states that the exam will be conducted on 5th May.
Therefore the exam would not be postponed.
