New Delhi: “We have come a long way. But this is just the beginning, not the end,” education minister Manish Sisodia said on Thursday while addressing around 1,000 teachers. Education is not just about new buildings or classrooms; it should help improve women’s safety, and reduce caste strife and communal tension, he added.
The deputy chief minister was speaking at a three-day training programme organised by Delhi government to build the administrative capacity of all school heads, principals and vice-principals.
