The Gujarat High Court on Wednesday refused to stay the results of the 2018 JEE (Advanced) examination scheduled to be declared on June 10, saying the announcement of the results has all India ramification.

Justice Biren Vaishnav ordered that the results of the JEE (Advanced) for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology for 2018, will be “subject to further orders that may be passed on the next date”.

The court also issued notice to the organising chairman of the JEE (Advanced) at IIT Kanpur, and fixed the next hearing of the case on June 12.
