Hyderabad: Depriving thousands of government junior college students of the opportunity to appear in competitive exams, the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) has not offered special coaching classes for students who are appearing for the JEE, EAMCET and NEET exams.

The board, which had previously failed to implement its plan to establish a college of excellence and provide training to students throughout the year, has not carried out the 40-day intensive crash courses, which were organized during the summer season in the last two years.
