B-Tech is a simple course and it has 8 semesters and you do the course simply like normal classes.
Whereas B-Tech (hons) is also the same way class are being taken the difference is that some subjects are present extra in hons course which you can do during the semester or during break depends upon the college providing it which type they allow.
So, lastly B-Tech hons is a good one as you get to work and learn some extra courses and subjects which will greatly affect your skills and you will have a upperhand.

The subjects that you will learn in B.Tech. and B.Tech (Hons) are almost the same. In B.Tech. (hons) you will learn a few more extra subjects and you will also obtain extra credits. CMR University – School of Engineering and Technology offers both B.Tech. (General) and B.Tech. (Hons) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Computer Science Engineering and ECE. The curriculum has been designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge to meet the industry requirements. You can visit Top Engineering Colleges in Bangalore for more information:
