The concentration of solutions A to that of B is in ratio 4:5. Solution A is obtained by mixing two other solutions X and Y having same ingredients in the ratio of 2:3, while solution B is obtained by mixing the solutions X and Y in the ratio 2:1. If solution is 20% concentrated, find the concentration of solution B.
