Ryan’s grade in a placement test was 80th percentile of the 100 grades of the test takers who took the test in the same block. Of the 100 grades from the 2nd block, 18 had higher percentile than Ryan’s, and the rest had lower. What is the maximum number of test takers that can score higher than Ryan in the 3rd block of 100 students so that his overall percentile is not lower than 75 of all the test takers? If it is known that there was no clash of percentile for any two students.
