Is CBSE Grade cum certificate of performance is in itself the CBSE 10th passing certificate??

Hi. Want an answer that whether the CBSE 10^th Grade cum certificate of performance is itself a CBSE passing certificate?
Can it be equivalent to State secondary school certificate (SSSC) passing certificate?

Yes, the CBSE 10th Grade Cum Certificate of Performance is itself a CBSE Passing Certificate.
Also, yes it is equivalent to SSC Passing Certificate as both exams are conducted for grade 10.
