    I want to work in BPO! 

    So I want to ask that which one of is better: International BPO or Domestic BPO (call centers)?

    Hello.

    Domestic BPOs are where people handle business of companies operating within India. International BPOs involve companies working across India and overseas.

    International BPOs require extremely well communication skills, manipulative ability, technical know-how and sometimes even an accent to convince the international customers. Domestic BPOs require Fluency in English and one or two regional languages depending upon the situation.

    Consequently one can experience better working conditions and pay in an international BPO.

    So an international BPO is better than domestic ones.

    It cannot however, be generalised as many domestic BPOs pay a handsome salary and very good working environment. It is particular in every kind of company, to talk in general.

    Hi,

    Definitely international BPOs are better than Domestic ones!

    International ones deal with India as well as International countries. But , domestic ones deal with India only.

    International BPOs give much better salary than domestic BPOs.

    But you have to have a good knowledge about languages(English). Very fluent. And confident.
