    How to increase concentration???

    Concentration requires a great amount of effort and time. Even if you practice for one week or even a month the result won’t be productive if your brain isn’t performing well. Still there are some easy ways to improve your concentration. They are:

    1. Take rest
    2. Make a plan
    3. Meditate
    4. Choose a place of your choice for concentration
    5. Develop a controlled and balanced diet
    6. Exercise regularly
    7. Take breaks.

    Eat healthy, meditate, exercise, take in fresh air, take a long walk, and stay happy.

    Remind yourself why is it that you are doing a certain thing. Remind yourself why you have to pass an exam, or complete an assignment, or understand a concept. The reason will be enough to make you concentrate.

    Also, working by a daily routine helps in focussing on right things at the right time and helps in better concentration.

    First and foremost thing to do is, make a routine(a routine which is feasible to you not a routine which is impossible to achieve). This helps a lot.

    Secondly, if you want a thing very much you would automatically be concentrated to achieve that!

    To increase concentration one should start with meditation, as  it helps to motivate oneself and also increases metabolism.Also, one should look for a silent place and avoid music.Some people say music helps to concentrate,but that does not really helps instead one must be calm and focused.Taking breaks in between also helps one to keep up the focus , as one does not get bored of doing the same thing.Multitasking should be avoided and the fist step should be to decide on what should be the focus.
