Directions: Read the given information carefully and answer the following question.
An electric motor operates a mechanical press. It provides a uniform torque to the machine. A flywheel rotating with a maximum of 225 revolutions per minute provides the pressure to the machine. The capacity of the machine is to punch 12 holes per minute. Time taken by each operation is 2 seconds. The machine consumes 15 kN-m for each of these operations. Also, it is given that the speed of the flywheel should not fall below 200 revolutions per minute. (Assume radius of gyration of the flywheel is 0.5 m.)
