Full name: Graduate Management Admission Test
What it’s for: business school
Length: Around 3 and a half hours
Content: Four sections: analytical writing, integrated reasoning, quantitative and verbal
Score range: Between 200 and 800, with 570 being the 50th percentile
Time to prepare: Kaplan Test Prep recommends 2-3 months for 100+ hours
Number of test takers in 2015: Around 250,000, according to Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC).
