    A point against your opinion, about PMMVY.
    1. The restrictions for the first child only will help us tap the overpopulation of our country. This will induce a spark of thought to have only one child.

    2. if the government is providing benefit to the women below 18 year. It literally means the government is in favour of childhood marriage. We need to abolish childhood marriage from our country so the restrictions will provide a pace for it.
