    please speak in a fluency, it's hard to understand what you are saying without reading the text on the screen. Frequent pause before completing a sentence makes hard to understand.

    [email protected]19:18: The government enacted the DSPE Act, 1946 after the war for investigation of offences based on Prevention of Corruption Act, *1988*. Isn't that logically unsound? or am I missing anything? Response requested.

    DSPE act in 1946 which provided for investigation of offences under PCA in 1988…….correct it sir @19:45

    Please clarify: ' Before the Lokpal Act was legislated, the CBI director was appointed by the DSPE Act. Now, the Lokpal Act governs the appointment of the CBI director.' But as per DNS it is stil governed by DSPE Act.
