    Answers from the session
Q1- All BIMSTEC(Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi Sectoral Technical and Economical Co-operation) nations and their head of states?
Ans- BIMSTEC participating nation are as follows.
    1) India- Narendra Modi (PM)
    2) Bangladesh- Sheikh Hasina (PM)
    3) Nepal- KP Oli (PM)
    4) Bhutan – Dasho Tshering Wangchuk (PM)
    5) Mayanmar – Win Myint (President)
    6) Thailand – Prayut Chan-o-Cha (PM)
    7) Shri Lanka – Maithripala Sirisena(President)

Q2- Difference b/w strategy and tactics?
Ans- Tactic is a action while strategy is a action plan.

Q3- Section 35A, is it right or wrong?
Ans- Article 35A was introduced Under 370(1) (d) by presidential power in constitution as temporary provision in 1954 which give exclusive rights of property, commerce, employment, trade.
A little background that why 370 was brought into constitution is because of IOA(Instrument of Accession) that was signed b/w India and Kashmir(Raja Hari Singh) that took sovereignty in 4 areas Defense, Communication, Foreign Relation, Finance.
In my opinion it is totally wrong as exclusive rights were supposed to save the rights of kashmir's residents at that time of Raja Hari Singh when they were federal state of their own but now it is no more needed as all the rights are protected under Indian Constitution and any exclusive rights to a specific area's citizen is harm to basic rights of all Indian citizen. Like kashmiri citizens can participate in Employment exams of all india but not other state's citizen can participate in the state of Jammu & Kashmir exam.

Q4- Megha tunnel programme of china from Brahamputra to Xin Jiang?
    Ans-

Q5- Recent statement's explanation of Law Commission regarding sedition provision in 124A of IPC?
Ans- The head of Law commission, the top most advisory body of laws Former SC judge, Justic BS Chauhan has said that sedition provision of IPC needed to rethink or repeal as it was brought by british for putting voices down of Indians but we don't want that to be in this century of Independent nation. Just because someone's thought is not in consonance with the current government's policies it can't be brought under sedition. A fair and constructive criticism can be lot more helpful and is a way of people throwing out their anger toward current policies.

Q6- Explain the various aspects of Inland water ways?
Ans- India got vast range of rivers and canals which were totally ignored for shipping cargo purposes as the expense for transporting via water is 50 paisa/km is way less than 1 rs/km for train and 1.5 rs/Km for road. So Modi government got national waterways act passed in 2016. as per the news 1st major cargo has been shipped from NW1(Ganga) to NW2(Brahamputra) via Bangladesh. it is a major development and now lots of shipping charges of cargos can be reduced.
