It was a proud moment for Kozhikode when the results of CBSE Plus Two examinations were declared.
Varsha Vijay of Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1. East Hill became one of the two toppers in Kerala, and Anusmita Biswas of Spring Valley School, NIT Calicut Campus, was on the list of the top 12 students from the State.
Varsha secured 99.2% (496 marks), while Anusmita got 98.8% (494 marks). Both had a CGPA of 10.0 in CBSE Class X exams two years ago. Anusmita is also the topper among girls in the State scoring 99.91 percentile in JEE Main 2019.
