    Concentration of cell cap>cytoplasm because tonoplast facilitates the transport of some ions and some material against the Concentration gradient into the vacuoles that's why the cell cap has more concentration than cytoplasm.

    Cell sap have more concentrated then cytoplasm because it's membrane can performe active transport against concentration gradient so it can store ions food etc
